breakfast- Quaker brown sugar oatmeal squares.
lunch- oooo this felt more like dessert... as every meal should! Last week during a trip to meijer greg and i came across Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolate Dreams (peanut butter blended with rich dark chocolate). This was my first time eating it and wooooweeee it's FANTASTIC!!!
dinner- comforting chicken and dumplings, half of a grilled english muffin with turkey and cheese, salad, 2 strawberries and a sugar free jello.
snacks- this morning i snagged a tiny bite of greg's english muffin sandwich (he laughed when i photographed it... but hey, i'm tracking every single morsel!), a fiber one bar, watermelon, a WW cookies n cream bar, edamame, another serving of watermelon, a strawberry fruit leather, apple slices (we got them for snack at kindergarten!), salad, 2 bars of chocolate from trader joes, and an Edy's grape fruit bar.
My belly is nice and full tonight!

how many points was the pnut butter? I have been craving pnut butter, but the only kinds I can find have too many points to consider eating it.
